Chapter I General Provisions and Purpose
Article 1 Talents are the most valuable assets owned by Shenzhen Yite Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd. (referred to as Yite Holdings) and its subsidiaries [KAI PENG MINING SARLU in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), etc.]. Adhering to the team concept of "common progress through mutual assistance, and win-win outcomes through collective efforts" and the talent concept of "making the best possible use of talents and their abilities", we recognize, accept, and respect the contribution and achievements of every employee and partner. Since the establishment of the Group, we have been committed to creating a human resources relationship module that matches the global strategic development goals and meets the international standards for talent echelon construction. With the "family" culture of Yite Holdings as the carrier, we have recruited large numbers of talented people, attracted and gathered global professional and cutting-edge talents, and maximized the benefits of employees and partners, to create a pattern for win-win cooperation.
We comply with relevant policies and regulations in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of the United Nations and the Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work of the International Labor Organization, and earnestly ensure that all employees' rights are not infringed upon and their legitimate rights and interests are protected in our operating activities.
Article 2 This policy shall apply to Shenzhen Yite Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries.
 

 
Chapter II Principle of Equal Employment
Article 3 We abide by the laws and regulations of the places where Yite Holdings and its subsidiaries operate, and have formulated relevant policies to protect the rights and interests of talents in important aspects such as recruitment, onboarding, and resignation, to avoid the use of child labor, all forms of forced labor, violation of human rights, violation of international humanitarian law, and other illegal behaviors. 
In addition, we also communicate such requirements to our suppliers, and conduct regular supervision and review to ensure the effective implementation of the principle of equal employment.
Article 4 We are committed to eliminating any form of employment discrimination. We will select talents through methods such as open recruitment and competition, providing employees with fair, just, transparent, diversified, and equal career paths and career development opportunities. We will resolutely not allow any employment discrimination on the basis of nationality, race, ethnic group, religion, gender, age, or other factors.

Article 5 Our "principle of talent selection" is to recruit talents with innovation consciousness and enterprising spirit. And our "principle of talent cultivation" is to provide planned training for employees, based on the company's strategic development, allowing them to make steady progress in a challenging work environment! Therefore, in operation, we encourage employees to fully unleash their potential, and take an innovation-driven approach to enhance their value, and we have established comprehensive career plans covering multiple fields to assist in employees' growth and promotion as well as achievement of their goals.
Article 6 We have established a comprehensive salary system for all employees, and provide them with wages and benefits in compliance with market standards and legal provisions, including but not limited to guarantees for their elderly care, medical care, unemployment, etc. in the countries and regions where they work.
In terms of working hours and vacations, we strictly follow the relevant rules and systems of the company and relevant laws and regulations of the places where the Group operates, and provide a complete system for working hours and vacation.

Article 7 From the perspective of international development, we have established a comprehensive learning and training system for improvement of all employees with rich content, a complete hierarchy, and wide coverage, which enables employees to learn and improve themselves while working and enhance their skills and knowledge to meet the enterprise's requirements for development.
In addition, we also encourage employees to participate in external professional education to develop more skills, and obtain relevant certifications. The company will provide more career development and promotion opportunities for employees who have made achievements and obtained certifications, and support them to take up management positions and give attention to their performance to fully utilize their talents.
 

 
Chapter V Internal Communication Mechanism
Article 8 We always believe that adequate communication and exchange is an important means of building a harmonious team and also the major approach for enterprises to unite all employees. In this way, enterprises' operational efficiency can be effectively improved.
For this purpose, we have established an OA collaborative office platform within the company, and established employee communication groups on social media platforms, released email, phone number, etc. for communication, and opened up complaint channels, providing employees the opportunities to express themselves freely. We will pay due attention to the suggestions and demands of every employee and supplier and provide timely feedback.
 

 
Chapter VI Right to Interpretation
Article 9 The right to interpret, supervise, and implement this policy belongs to Shenzhen Yite Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd.
Article 10 This policy shall come into effect from the date of promulgation.
