Employees, as the most dynamic factor among productivity factors, are the wealth of an enterprise. The reporting, investigation and handling of work safety accidents are highly policy-oriented tasks and an essential part of safety management. The company should be people-oriented, and uphold the basis of accident prevention and the principle of "four measures to be duly implemented", to strictly report, investigate, and handle sudden work safety accidents in accordance with the law. Specifically, it should identify the causes of accidents, define responsibilities for the accidents, formulate preventive measures, and seriously hold accountable the personnel responsible for the accidents.
